Areas of focus

Support built around the moments that matter.

Most organizations don't need another framework — they need a steady hand at a consequential moment. Bear Peak focuses on three of them: putting AI to real work, making a deal deliver its thesis, and giving leadership teams the structure and coaching to execute.

01

AI Adoption

A people-first path from AI curiosity to sustained, everyday use — policy, skills, and working agents included.

AI Adoption

From AI curiosity to 100% sustained adoption.

Buying AI tools is easy; getting an entire organization to use them well, every day, is the real work. Bear Peak treats AI adoption as a cultural change program, not an IT rollout. A recent year-long engagement took a nonprofit investment firm from 30% to 100% sustained AI adoption — through weekly hands-on learning sessions, a company AI use policy, employee-championed change programs in every department, and custom AI agents built for the actual work. The organization freed roughly 10% of its capacity while quality of delivery held steady.

  • 01 Readiness, policy, and a safe place to experiment
  • 02 Hands-on learning programs that build fluency across every role
  • 03 Working agents and automations tied to measurable capacity gains

Post-Acquisition Integration

Momentum after the deal closes — or a clean break when it's time to separate.

Charlie has spent 25 years making acquisitions deliver their thesis — and unwinding them when strategy changes. That includes chartering and executing a five-country corporate separation on a fixed regulatory and employment calendar, guiding a services firm through the carve-out of its software IP, and capturing eight figures of deal value inside enterprise portfolios. The pattern is consistent: what makes integrations and separations stick isn't just the plan — it's aligning the executives and activating the teams doing the disentangling.

  • 01 Integration and separation charters tied to the deal thesis and the calendar
  • 02 Executive alignment, role design, and knowledge transfer to disentangle operations
  • 03 Milestone governance and steerco cadence that keeps every tranche on time

Fractional Leadership & Executive Coaching

Executive muscle at the dose that fits.

Some organizations need a fractional COO, CTO, or Integrator at the table for a season; others need annual and quarterly leadership sessions designed and run well; others need one leader coached through a pivotal stretch. Bear Peak does all three, grounded in one belief: every person has astounding potential — finding it is the real work. In an ongoing fractional engagement, a leadership team lifted delivery on its corporate initiatives to 82% by pairing a clear vision and operating cadence with in-room accountability that carries into everyday execution.

  • 01 Fractional CxO and Integrator seats — COO, CTO, and AI executive roles
  • 02 Executive and leadership-team coaching grounded in honest accountability
  • 03 Annual, quarterly, and offsite sessions designed and facilitated end to end
